(Thai Green Curry)
Gaeng Keow Wan
Why not enhance your palate by cooking and tasting one of Thailand's most popular dishes – Thai green curry!? Green curry is a central Thai variety of curry (also known as gaeng in Thailand) and the type of curry, "green," derives from the color of the dish, which comes from green chilies. In our recipe, we make the dish less spicy by adding more Thai basil / regular basial to the green curry paste. Master this aromatic, delicious, and easy green curry with chicken and treat yourself to an authentic taste of Thailand!
(Thai Turkey Larb)
Larb Moo
Larb is a popular minced meat salad in Southeast Asia, particularly in Laos and Northeast Thailand. Larb is usually made with ground beef, chicken or duck flavored with lime juice and fish sauce (salty like soy sauce) and is always served with toasted rice and lettuce for scooping. In our version, we use ground meat flavored with lemongrass (an essential Thai aromatic), lime, cilantro, mint, gar-lic, and fish sauce, and serve it with cooked rice, pickled carrots, cucumber on lettuce cups.
(Thai Crab Fried Rice)
Khao Pad
Khao means "rice" and pad means “stir-fried". Crab fried rice is an easy and delicious one-pan meal that is popular as street food in Thailand. The difference between Thai fried rice and Chinese fried rice is that Thai version uses Jasmine rice while Chinese uses long-grain white rice. The addition of fish sauce is also unique to Thai fried rice.
