Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

eat2explore is committed to delivering high-quality Products and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining product safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws. Because our Products include food items and curated subscription boxes, the following terms govern all returns, refunds, and shipping matters.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days after purchase confirmation. Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, pack, and transfer an order to the shipping carrier and does not include transit time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping transit times vary depending on destination, carrier service levels, and external factors. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. eat2explore is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for Products transfer to the customer upon confirmation of delivery by the shipping carrier. eat2explore is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or exposed to environmental conditions after delivery has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, promptly retrieving delivered packages, and ensuring proper storage of Products upon receipt. eat2explore shall not be liable for losses, delays, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to eat2explore due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all reshipment costs before the order can be re-sent.

Temperature and Environmental Conditions

eat2explore Products are designed to be shelf-stable unless otherwise indicated. However, environmental factors such as heat, humidity, or cold temperatures during transit or after delivery may affect Product condition. eat2explore is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or quality changes resulting from delayed retrieval, improper storage, or environmental exposure after delivery.

No Returns of Food or Consumable Products

Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, all food items, spice blends, consumable goods, and opened Products are final sale and are not eligible for return. Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or exposed to environmental conditions after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

Replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, customers must notify eat2explore within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting contact@eat2explore.com and providing reasonable documentation, such as photographs and a description of the issue. Upon verification, eat2explore may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement Product, store credit, or refund.

Return Authorization and Shipping Responsibilities

Returns are accepted only when expressly authorized by eat2explore. Customers must obtain written approval before sending any Product for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error by eat2explore. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses may be deducted from any approved refund, to the extent permitted by law. eat2explore is not responsible for returned Products that are lost or damaged in transit.

Order Cancellation and Subscription Refunds

Orders that have been processed, prepared, fulfilled, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Subscription purchases, including prepaid subscription plans, are generally non-refundable once the subscription term has commenced. Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but will not result in refunds for current billing cycles except where required by applicable law.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost prior to confirmed delivery, customers must notify eat2explore within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date. eat2explore may, at its sole discretion, investigate the claim and provide a replacement or other resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Digital content or downloadable materials
  • Gift subscriptions after activation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time following approval. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment processors.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact eat2explore directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback does not cancel subscriptions or future billing obligations.

eat2explore reserves the right to suspend accounts, restrict purchases, or contest disputes where chargebacks are determined to be abusive, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by destination countries. Customers are responsible for all such charges. eat2explore is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or refusals.

Discretionary Resolutions

All refunds, replacements, and credits are issued at eat2explore’s sole discretion, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.

Policy Updates

eat2explore reserves the right to modify this Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
