Chicken Satay
Satay (barbecued spiced meat on a skewer) is a well-known Southeast Asian-style grilled meat dish. Even though Indonesia is thought to be the true birthplace of satay, this dish is found in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Serving these satays with our homemade peanut dipping sauce, cucumber and a bowl of rice will transport you to the streets of Singapore.
Soy Chicken Rice
One of the must-try dishes if you ever visit Singapore is Hainanese chicken rice. It is a dish adapted by Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered "street" food or "hawker food" in Singapore; not a refined Chinese cuisine.
Singapore Fried Noodles
Singapore street noodles, or fried bee hoon, is a quick and flavorful dish. You often find this dish served for breakfast in Singapore! Rice noodles are soaked in boiling water and tossed with sautéed summer-fresh produce, sweet shrimp, and tossed with a savory sauce.
