Purchase Options, Cancellation and Payment Dispute Policy
Last updated: January 31, 2026

------

eat2explore offers various purchase options, including one-time purchases, bundled products, gift subscriptions, and recurring subscription plans (collectively, “Purchase Options”). The following cancellation and payment dispute terms apply to all Purchase Options unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may cancel an order for a one-time purchase or bundled Product at any time prior to the order being processed for fulfillment. Once an order status is designated as “Processed,” “Prepared,” “Fulfilled,” or “Shipped,” the order is considered final and may not be canceled. You acknowledge and agree that you remain responsible for all charges associated with any order that has entered processing or shipment, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.

Gift purchases and gift subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased and may not be canceled after activation or delivery to the designated recipient, except as required by applicable law.

Recurring subscription orders are governed by the Subscription, Automatic Renewal, and Billing Terms set forth in Section 6 of these Terms. Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing cycles but will not affect orders that have already been processed, prepared, or shipped. If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has begun, the cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of the current billing period.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their customer account and accessing the subscription management portal, where they may manage, pause, modify, or cancel their subscription directly. Customers may also request cancellation assistance by contacting eat2explore at contact@eat2explore.com prior to order processing. Cancellation requests must be completed before an order has been processed, prepared, fulfilled, or shipped in order to avoid charges for that order. eat2explore reserves the right, in its sole discretion and as a customer service accommodation, to offer refunds, credits, replacements, or other resolutions on a case-by-case basis; however, such accommodations shall not constitute a waiver of these cancellation terms or an admission of liability.

You agree to contact eat2explore directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your bank, credit card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first providing eat2explore a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, you acknowledge that eat2explore may contest the chargeback and provide relevant transaction records, delivery confirmations, and evidence of your acceptance of these Terms to the applicable financial institution.

You further acknowledge and agree that initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel any active subscription or future recurring billing obligations, and subscription cancellations must be completed in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 6 of these Terms.

In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in favor of eat2explore, you agree to promptly remit payment for any outstanding balance and any fees incurred by eat2explore in connection with the dispute process, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

eat2explore reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict future purchases, cancel pending orders, or refuse service to customers who repeatedly initiate chargebacks or payment disputes deemed abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights or protections afforded to consumers under applicable law.
