Boeuf Bourguignon

Boeuf Bourguignon

Boeuf bourguignon is so much more than just another beef stew! This classic French dish, made so popular by Julia Child, is the kind of stew you make to impress your family, celebrate a winter birthday, or even serve up for the holidays.

En Papillote

En Papillote

En papillote, pronounced "on poppy-yote", is a French method of slow-cooking fish in parchment paper - in a low-temperature oven. The sealed paper parcel retains moisture and steams the food. Fish is delicate and cooks quickly, which is why en papillote is a great (almost odorless) way to cook it!

Poulet Rôti

Poulet Rôti

Roast chicken, or poulet rôti in French, is easy to make but the real secret to the famously tasty French roast chickens is their feed and rearing. The birds in France roam freely, happily pecking and scratching in the grass, their foraged food supplemented with milk and corn. Therefore, if possible, use free-range chicken to duplicate this delicious poulet rôti.
