"The Explore Mexico box was fantastic. The box includes 3 authentic Mexican recipes (4 servings each), 5-7 pre-measured spice and sauce mixes, a shopping list for fresh ingredients, a fun cooking tool, Mexico flag pin + sticker, and a 16-page Cultural Explorer booklet. The recipes were easy to follow even with kids, and the flavors were so authentic. I loved that it wasn't just cooking - we learned about the Aztec & Mayan history, geography, music and language too.
