"The Explore Mexico box was fantastic. The box includes 3 authentic Mexican recipes (4 servings each), 5-7 pre-measured spice and sauce mixes, a shopping list for fresh ingredients, a fun cooking tool, Mexico flag pin + sticker, and a 16-page Cultural Explorer booklet. The recipes were easy to follow even with kids, and the flavors were so authentic. I loved that it wasn't just cooking - we learned about the Aztec & Mayan history, geography, music and language too. It made dinner feel like a mini trip to Mexico. Everything was well organized. Will definitely be ordering another country!"

"I got my son the 6 month subscription to start and see how we liked it. So far we have enjoy each month. But all the months we have gotten have been countries from Asia and my son is started getting bored. I wish we would have gotten more of a variety of other countries.
