eat2explore is committed to delivering Products in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy governs fulfillment and delivery of Products unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Relationship to Terms of Service

This Shipping Policy supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service.

 

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.

 

For matters relating to dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law, privacy practices, limitations of liability, subscriptions, account restrictions, and remedies, the Terms of Service control except where prohibited by applicable law.

 

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days after purchase confirmation. Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, pack, and transfer an order to the shipping carrier and does not include transit time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods and Transit Time

Shipping transit times vary depending on destination, carrier service levels, and external factors. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

eat2explore is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss and title for Products transfer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, subject to confirmation of delivery.

eat2explore is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or exposed to environmental conditions after delivery has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages and ensuring proper storage of Products upon receipt.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. eat2explore shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to eat2explore due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all reshipment costs before the order can be re-sent.

Temperature and Environmental Conditions

eat2explore Products are designed to be shelf-stable unless otherwise indicated. However, customers acknowledge that environmental factors such as heat, humidity, or cold temperatures during transit or after delivery may affect Product condition.

eat2explore is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or quality changes resulting from delayed retrieval, improper storage, or environmental exposure after delivery.

Subscription Shipment Timing

For subscription orders, Products are shipped according to the subscription fulfillment schedule in effect at the time of billing. Shipment dates may vary depending on inventory availability, operational scheduling, and seasonal factors.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit prior to confirmed delivery, customers must notify eat2explore within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date. eat2explore may, at its sole discretion, investigate the claim and offer a replacement or other resolution.

Claims submitted after this period may reduce our ability to investigate or resolve the shipment issue; however, nothing in this Policy limits any rights available under applicable law.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for any such charges.

eat2explore is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or refusals by foreign authorities.

eat2explore reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
