It is usually thinly sliced, marinated beef sirloin or tenderloin. In our recipe, we are doing a Korean BBQ chicken, broiled in the oven instead of grilled. Served with steamed rice and broccoli rabe namul to create a balanced meal. Namul is a kind of banchan (side dishes). Having an assorted range of banchan is a traditional way of Korean cooking.

You can have fun trying out different fillings but in this recipe, we introduce a popular kimbap with bulgogi beef (Korean BBQ beef) and a variety of vegetables.
